Matts holds a BCompt in Accounting Sciences and is a Professional Accountant (SA). He serves as the Managing Director and CEO of MJB Professional Accountants and provides strategic oversight across the firm. Matts has extensive experience as a Managing Director of various small to medium-sized enterprises, with exposure across the agricultural, real estate, telecommunications and petroleum industries.

Izelle is a Chartered Accountant (SA) registered with SAICA. She is responsible for audit and assurance engagements, preparation and review of financial statements, and overall technical oversight of the firm. Izelle brings 10 years’ experience in audit practice including Audit Senior position at Vosloo & Kie and partner in a Cape Town–based audit firm, and has over 20 years’ experience as a Financial Director / CFO for various companies.

Charné holds a BCom in Tourism Management from North-West University. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm, coordinates internal workflows and ensures effective communication between clients and the relevant departments. She has four years’ experience as a Proficiency Testing Administrator in the mining industry.

Rochell holds a Diploma in Fundamental Accounting from UNISA and is currently completing her accounting articles. She is responsible for payroll and all payroll-related enquiries, VAT control and management and heads up the firm’s processing department.

Crystal-Lee holds a Certificate in Bookkeeping from IQ Academy and a Diploma in Hospitality and Catering. She manages company registrations and amendments with CIPC, Public Officer registrations and liaises with SARS, including assistance during SARS audits. She brings 12 years’ management experience within a medium-sized entity.

Lindie holds certificates in Pastel Accounting and Microsoft Office. She is responsible for the processing of accounting records, data capture, and providing processing support to the accounting team. Lindie brings 20 years’ management experience from Vodacom, contributing strong organisational and operational skills.
